At LMMM Studio, we believe in purposeful production. Every piece is individually custom-printed on demand when you place your order. This made-to-order approach means we don't over-produce, and gives us time to print each piece specifically for you.
Processing & Production Times
Please allow 2 to 5 business days for custom production and printing before your order is dispatched. During peak drops or holiday seasons, production may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States and Canada. Free standard shipping applies to every product, tote bags included, when your order total reaches the local-currency threshold below:

Estimated Delivery Times
Total time from order to delivery (production plus shipping):
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days (3–5 business days after dispatch).
- United States: 7–13 business days (5–8 business days after dispatch).
- Canada: 9–19 business days (7–14 business days after dispatch).
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or peak periods.
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order as soon as your order is dispatched.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently accept delivery addresses in the United Kingdom, United States and Canada only. We do not ship to European Union (EU) countries or other unsupported destinations. Unsupported delivery addresses cannot complete checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking link shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, or if it is deemed lost in transit by the courier, please contact us or email info@lmmmstudio.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can initiate a claim and arrange a replacement for you. For items that arrive damaged, faulty or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos.
