Refund Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Kindly provide clear photographs of the defect along with your order number.

Custom-Made Products & Size Exchanges Because every garment at LMMM Studio is individually printed and custom-made upon your order via print-on-demand technology, we do not support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, or simply changed your mind. Please carefully review the sizing charts provided on each product page before finalizing your purchase.

Returns Address Do not mail any items back to the originating address on the package without contacting our support team first. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.
