BEFORE YOU ASK
Are you taking orders?
Yes, always. If it's in the shop, it's yours to order. No waitlists, no drops, no forms — just add to cart. If a specific size or colour is out of stock, the site will let you know.
Where do you ship?
We ship globally — but not everywhere. The EU and some other countries are off the table for now, for logistics reasons. If we don't ship to you, checkout will tell you before you get too far.
How much is shipping?
Free for UK and US orders. For everywhere else, a flat rate applies — see checkout for the exact amount based on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If it doesn't show up, check your spam folder before contacting us.
How long does it take to get a response?
We read everything. We reply to the ones that matter. Give us a few business days.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us at info@lmmmstudio.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We'll sort it out.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Every piece is made to order, so standard change-of-mind returns aren't something we can offer. However,your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed items always apply. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days with photos and we'll sort a free replacement or refund. For full details, check our Refund Policy page.
